i should have read your comment before tonight. thanks i will check them out. i found a """gluten free"""" liquid multi the other day at the health food store. it's called 'source of life liquid multi' and it was highly recommended by amazon users. so i got some. i have used it for three days and it's like i am right back where i was before the diagnosis. and it said GLUTEN FREE right on the bottle. but i went back and looked anyway. turns out it contains 'barley grass' which is one of those not very well documented things. but what else could it be. it makes me angry that they can put gluten free on a bottle.

Hi rob, Congrats on being free of klonopin! :)) ... Oh, yes, I agree, diet and anxiety are connected. When I eat gluten stuff, some people get sleepy but I bounce off the walls a lot of the times :( I take GNC vitamin pills. They are really good for me. GNC also has an Ultra Mega Liquid which is supposed to be gluten-free. I didn't find it on their website, but it's in their stores. .... Before I started taking GNC vitamins, I thought I would fall apart in pieces. My nails literally flaked off and I could peel them by just bending them. I was afraid my bones were going with them. But after 3 or 4 months on the vitamins, there is a huge difference in my nails. I'm not afraid I'm falling apart any more. I have a lot of health issues now, and for me this sometimes can cause a lot of anxiety. Doctors try to say my anxiety causes my other symptoms, like trying to blame me for my health issues, but it's the other way around. Taking the vitamins helps me a lot. Maybe they'll work for you?

i was on klonopin for about 4 years...1mg per day for 3 years, then .5 mg for a year, and for about a month i have been off it. this is a big achievement because it's so addictive.
