Note: One of my past jobs was working as a director at a youth center. In the summer, I would teach yoga to the kids. It was scheduled for late afternoon when some of the kids' nerves would be on edge from being in the center with other kids all day. At first, it surprised me, but the energetic kids with difficult behaviors would be the ones piling into the classes.
