What is your favorite gf commercial cookie and why?

My favorite commercial cookie is Kinnikinnick Ginger Snap Cookies. They are crisp and crunchy with a good ginger flavor. I'm very fond of ginger! The texture is excellent - they don't have the rice flour gritty feel to them. However, if you use them to make graham cracker pie crust, they are too dense and the crust is too packed! They're still my favorite cookie. I like all of the Kinnikinnick products I've tried.

    It is a tie for me.  I like the double chocolate brownie and the snickerdoodle cookies by  Enjoy life foods.  I like cookies with a soft-chew and the flavor is great.

    I love Pamela's Pecan Shortbread. They are so rich and just melt in your mouth. One really is enough! I keep them in a cookie tin and hoard them for a reward after a bad day.
