Place softened vanilla (r)ice cream (or other flavor) into child's sandcastle mold. Freeze/Harden. Unmold & cover w/cinnamon sugar 2 resemble sand. Place in dish of sugar, Surround w/candy rocks, shells, gummi fish,etc. 2 Cute & GF!
