The Celiac Maniac is proud to announce the next level in media for fellow Celiacs and those that follow a gluten-free diet. On Thursday, January 21st, we will be launching our weekly Gluten Free Online Radio Show! The show will air, live, every Thursday from 1:30pm - 2:30pm PST and will feature the latest news and information on Celiac disease along with interviews with well known doctors, authors, company execs, athletes and other nationally known GF experts! During the interviews, or ahead of time, you will be able to email in the questions you want us to ask our guest and we will do our best to ask them!
