I don't feel alone amy more !

I know I wasn't alone before, however when you don't know one like yourself--you feel alone.  I have learned by trail and error.  I don't feel like some people I have read about---about how hard it is to stick to a wheat glutenfree diet.   I told my husband that if they had as much pain as I was having they would have no problem staying stay away from gluten. Yes I would like to have that donut--but it's not worth the problems it would cause.  I just don't want to hurt anymore.   This really feels good just to write this down on paper.  See you later journal.
