I really enjoy the accuracy and presentation of information provided within GFAB or glutenfreeandbeyond.org

Yes, they are smaller than Celiac.com (so far) - however, the entire site is dedicated just to the forum. Any GF or disease information is presented with links to prove where it came from. Members also have the option to share their gluten-free or Celiac websites within posts. They don't bombard you with ads, nor do they abuse Google adsense or adwords (not that there is anything wrong with that on non-disease related sites). The operators of GFAB actually feel it is a hobby that they enjoy doing because it helps people, so therefore the cost (they completely pay for) is worth the result.

I promise i don't work for them, lol! Just am really impressed by their forum and wanted to share my experience - just in case anyone was looking for an informative forum.

Oh! And for the creative Celiacs out there - they actually have a thread called "Recommended Books, Blogs, Websites, Videos, Podcasts" <-- they encourage Celiacs to share their own websites, blogs.. etc. Pretty cool!

I don't know about all of you, but I think Celiac is a learning experience that should include all mediums necessary to educate and continuously learn about the diet and even associated conditions. Sharing is caring, IMO.

I belong to several very informative, helpful groups with Yahoo Groups. SillyYaks is the biggest and the best, with a large very helpful community. Then I belong to a regional specific yahoo celiac group and a vegetariangf group. They are great, too!

I'd definitely recommend joining SillyYaks and looking for a regional group or any other side interest groups with Yahoo- they have some great communities!
