Maggiano's is now a great place to eat as a celiac patient :)  I went out to dinner there last night with my hubby and son (who is 4 and also Celiac).  The chef came out and was a great help (offered to modify appetizers, pasta dinner dishes and dessert)  Best part, there was no upcharge for this additional service.  Massive portions as well and plenty of pasta to take home and eat for several days.  King Of Prussia PA location is the one I was at, but he informed me that all Maggiano's are doignthe same service.
