I've said it 100 times by now, that my symptoms are behavioral/emotional/neurological with disease, but I noticed something the other day that I thought was really crazy, even for me!

I've had accidental exposures to gluten while doing the GF diet.  I can tell I've been exposed, but I'm able to handle it.  The other day, I was accidentally exposed to casein (in non-dairy coffee creamer) and went stark-raving loonie for the next 24 hours!  Is it possible that it's been casein that's making me crazy this whole time?  (and not the gluten?)

I have every intention of avoiding BOTH for the rest of my life!  But, has anyone else here had a similar experience with casein?
