Gluten-Free Baking as a family!

I share celiac with an adult daughter and grandchild. 

Once a week, I go to my daughter's house and we do our gluten-free baking together.  I keep a loaf for myself during the week, and she has bread for her kids lunches that week. 

We also use the time to prepare meals for the week (she's a working mom) like casseroles and other easily reheat-able meals.
