BD's Mongolian has two gluten free sauces and they mark them with cool gf labels. of course its all cooked on a huge grill with everyone elses better tasting glutenous sauces. I'm sure you could be "that guy" and ask that they section off a special part of the grill, steralize it, and then cook your food there using new cleaned utensils. but I wasn't that guy and I felt fine after eating. I had the lemon sauce and it was ok.
